Bridgeway Housing Solutions creates safe, accessible and affordable homes for people who face barriers to stable housing.

We provide home-based care, supportive housing and community services that promote dignity, independence and long-term wellbeing.

Our work is grounded in person-centred practice and delivered in partnership with health systems, funders and community organizations.

Vision

Bridgeway envisions communities where people with disabilities, seniors, youth, women, children and individuals recovering from injury or illness can access safe homes and supports that help them build stable, healthy and connected lives.

We aim to strengthen recovery, inclusion and long-term stability across diverse communities in British Columbia.

Mandate

Expanding housing and care capacity

Bridgeway Housing Solutions expands housing and care capacity by:

  1. Providing supportive housing for vulnerable populations
  2. Delivering home-based and site-based care
  3. Supporting recovery for clients referred through ICBC, hospitals, rehabilitation clinics and WorkSafeBC
  4. Offering community inclusion, outreach and respite services
  5. Serving seniors, people with disabilities, youth, women and children
  6. Working with BC Housing-eligible communities
  7. Building partnerships with health and social service organizations

Looking for support or making a referral?

Bridgeway accepts referrals from health providers, social service organizations, rehabilitation clinics, ICBC and WorkSafeBC case managers, and individuals seeking support.
